George and Jean Ley's daughter Bekah has been baking since she was a little girl and knew that that's what she wanted to do as her career. She has attended culinary school and has learned the tricks to great baking. With the family's long history of amazing recipes and the professional touch from our bakers, you receive an extra special product that will delight your taste buds. Bekah's Bakery and Cafe uses as many farm fresh local ingredients as possible including: milk, eggs, flour, vegetables, fruits and other ingredients grown and produced in the area. The bakers put a lot of hard work into each and every part of a recipe. We chop, roast, and puree our own pumpkin, we slice and peel our own apples, and we find the best cocoa possible to add into our decadent chocolate brownies. You can be sure that you will get a good quality homemade product that was made from scratch for you and your friends and family to enjoy.
In our cafe we serve breakfast and lunch until 2 pm. We look forward to preparing "All Natural" local farm fresh foods that will truly excite your discerning palate. Our menu items are made from our own beef, pork and poultry. For Breakfast you can have egg sandwiches made with local eggs and meat and on your choice of bagel. Lunch Sandwich options change with the season to include farm fresh produce. We make our very own homemade oatmeal bread fresh for our breakfast and lunch choices everyday. Quiches of the day are made with local eggs, cream, cheeses and farm fresh vegetables.
